Bottle Cap Mandala
See photos of the designs BRING and MECCA volunteers helped create at “Sustainable Sunday” at the Lane County Fair on August 20, 2006. Young and old were invited to place colorful lids—saved from the landfill—into a chalked-out design that unfolded as an image of nature’s cycles and beauty. Ephemeral, participatory, and beautiful. Thanks to David Saul for snapping these shots from the event!
